Welcome to Just Before We Go 

Hilary is a running coach, animal rights activist, actor and public speaker. She’s a former Corporate Giving Manager of a portfolio benefiting animal protection, environmental justice and human rights. Hilary is the owner of Find Me Running – Activating the Whole Soul through Movement – a personalized running program for women over 40.

Myra is an artist, writer, director, actor, and arts educator based in the Pacific Northwest. She is the owner of Myra Mae Studios, the Founding Artistic Director of Book-It Repertory Theatre and teaches as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Washington's School of Drama.  She lives on Whidbey Island with her husband singer-songwriter Dave Ellis and their brilliant dog Luna.
