Welcome to Just Before We Go 

Running coach, animal rights activist, actor and public speaker, Hilary is the owner of 

Find Me Running - Activating the Whole Soul through Movement – a personalized running program for women over 40. She was formerly the 

Corporate Giving Manager of a portfolio benefiting animal protection, environmental justice and human rights. 

Artist, director, writer and arts educator, Myra is the owner of Myra Mae Studios. 

She is also Founding Artistic Director of 

Book-It Repertory Theatre and part of the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Washington's School of Drama.  She lives on Whidbey Island with her husband singer-songwriter Dave Ellis and their brilliant dog Luna.
